About Clay Anderson, MBA, CPA

Clay Anderson is one of the top producing commercial real estate brokers in the Treasure Valley. Since joining the Investment Services Team at Colliers in 2006, he and his team have transacted on over $1.1 billion in commercial real estate, incorporating shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, mobile-home parks, and net-leased investments.


Clay has achieved Colliers esteemed “Colliers Everest Club” status multiple times, recognizing the top 10% revenue producers in North America.


Since arriving in Boise, Clay has closed over 4,300 multi-housing units in the past 13 years. A native of Idaho, Clay spent the first eight years of his career in Phoenix. His background includes working as a CPA at Deloitte, energy commodities consulting, and raising capital for structured land deals in Arizona.
